Khalil M. has a strong background in software development and process improvement, with extensive experience in both managerial and technical roles.

Starting in 2003, Khalil worked at iHorizons as a Developer, and quickly progressed to become a Lead Developer and then a .Net Team Leader. In these roles, they oversaw enterprise-wide development activities, defined and managed development standards, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to understand and meet functional and non-functional requirements. Khalil also played a pivotal role in presale efforts, building and revising proposals and managing the presale life-cycle.

In 2018, Khalil joined Baaz, Inc. as the Director of Process Excellence. Here, they adopted software development methodologies and practices, bridged gaps between business and technology departments, and spearheaded process improvement projects. Khalil was also responsible for managing a team, providing performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and career growth opportunities.

Most recently, Khalil joined LigaData in 2019, where they serve as a Technical Program Manager. In this role, they manage client engagement, oversees cross-functional teams, and acts as the higher escalation point for clients. Khalil M. earned their Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Finance and Science from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Petra from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications including Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) in February 2018 and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) in February 2017.
