Ryan Mieler

Ryan Mieler has extensive experience in production planning and team development, currently serving as a Production Planner at Light Corporation since August 2011. In this role, Ryan is responsible for scheduling work centers and assembly lines, managing the powder coat paint line, and evaluating production plans. Responsibilities also include materials planning, coordinating sub-contract operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication with top-tier furniture OEMs. Previously, Ryan held the position of Team Developer at Light Corporation, focusing on KPI communication, machine operations, quality control, and training. Prior experience includes a role as Set Up Specialist at Shape Corporation, where Ryan coordinated jobs and improved machine processes. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Relations/Communication from Grand Valley State University.
