Jim Alansky currently serves as the Director of Operations at Light Efficient Design, overseeing strategic and operational management at the Middleton facility since February 2025. Jim's career began in the US Army as a Sergeant in Combat Engineering from 1985 to 2004. Educational achievements include studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and graduation from Roselle Catholic High School.
