At LIGHT Acrobatic Gymnastics Centre, we believe gymnastics is about so much more than learning skills. It's about building confidence, resilience, friendships, and a lifelong love of movement.

We are proud to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where athletes of all ages and abilities can learn, grow, and thrive. From a child's very first experience in the gym to advanced competitive training, our programs are designed to help every athlete reach their potential while developing valuable life skills along the way.

We are Calgary's newest gymnastics facility, offering programming across every stage of an athlete's journey, including Little LIGHTs for ages 0–5, recreational gymnastics, competitive programs in Acrobatic, Women's Artistic, and Men's Artistic Gymnastics, as well as Adapted Gymnastics, Performance Labs, Fitness classes, and Summer Camps. All of this takes place inside our 16,000 sq. ft. facility, led by passionate coaches who are dedicated to creating positive experiences for every athlete and family who walks through our doors.

Our mission is to inspire confidence through movement, foster meaningful connections, and help every athlete discover what they are capable of both inside and outside the gym.

Since opening, we have been proud to welcome hundreds of athletes and families into the LIGHT community. As we continue to grow, our commitment remains the same: to provide a place where athletes feel supported, challenged, and inspired to shine.
