Javier Lempert

Javier Lempert has a strong background in the technology industry, with significant experience in various roles. Javier currently serves as the CTO and Co-founder of Light-it, a digital product agency and tech partner focused on revolutionizing the healthcare experience. In this role, Javier leads the technical department and is responsible for developing innovative solutions and overseeing the Digital Health Innovation Lab.

Previously, Javier was the CEO and Co-founder of Wellners, the largest wellness network in Latin America. Javier played a crucial role in creating courses, lessons, and workshops aimed at improving the quality of life for users.

Before that, Javier served as the Head of Software Development at Bitenco, where they were involved in developing internal client management systems, creating a portfolio management system, and integrating cryptocurrency exchanges. Javier also contributed to the development of a transactional platform using AI algorithms and arbitrage strategies.

Javier's experience also extends to their roles as a Technical Account Manager and Software Developer at dLocal and AstroPay LLP. In these positions, they developed solutions for global IT leaders such as Wikimedia, GoDaddy, and Shopify. Additionally, they contributed to the creation of payment solutions and back-office systems for AstroPay LLP.

Javier Lempert's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at Universidad ORT Uruguay. Javier studied Computer Software Engineering there and received their Systems Engineer degree in 2019. In 2017, Javier also pursued further education at Tel Aviv University, focusing on Ingeniería de sistemas. Moving forward to 2023, they attended MIT xPRO for a course in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. Additionally, in June 2017, Javier obtained their TOEFL iBT certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS).
