Paula Fuoco

Paula Fuoco is a dedicated HR professional with experience in talent acquisition, people care, and HR administration across multiple organizations. At Adviters, Paula served as a Senior HR Analyst focusing on People Experience while also participating in employee engagement initiatives. In previous roles at AreaIT, Paula managed the end-to-end recruiting process and at Light-it, Paula leads university partnerships and conducts regular check-ins to enhance employee engagement. Prior experience includes working as a CX Assistant at Coderhouse, where Paula collaborated on recruitment and training for the customer experience team. Paula is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at UADE, complementing a solid foundation in human resources management.
