Twinkal Soni has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as a Senior Executive in HR at HBC Lifesciences Pvt Ltd since December 2020 and as an HR and Admin Executive at Light Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Twinkal worked as a Customer Relationship Executive at Jana Small Finance Bank from April 2016 to June 2018. Twinkal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jaipur National University, completed in 2018, and a BBA in Human Resources Management from G. L. S. (J. P. Shah) Institute of Business Administration, awarded in 2015.
