Vinod Raidas

Vinod Raidas is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and human resources business partnering. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager - HRBP at Light since March 2023, Vinod previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Conga from May 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior to that, Vinod worked as Lead – IT Recruitment at Ascent Cyber Solutions from October 2015 to May 2022, demonstrating expertise in utilizing various job portals and maintaining effective recruitment plans. Vinod is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at Gujarat University, with an expected completion date in July 2024.
