Chad Barbay

Chad Barbay has been in the scuba diving industry since 1989. Chad began their career as a Sales Representative and Sales Manager for NAUI Worldwide. In 2005, they became a Sales Representative for Light & Motion. In 2011, they joined Huish Outdoors as a Sales Representative and was responsible for representing the scuba diving industry's Best Brands. In 2013, they founded Chad Barbay & Associates Inc and served as President. In 2017, they became President of Dive Store Make Over, a company that assists retail businesses with achieving their full potential.

Chad Barbay attended Louisiana State University from 1979 to 1985 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business/Sales.
