At Light Up Energy, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the energy landscape for the hospitality sector, aiming to make a tangible and positive impact. Our approach is grounded in integrity, transparency, and a genuine commitment to serving the best interests of our clients.

How can we achieve this?

1. To always act in the best interest of the business that we are dealing with
2. Non pushy sales, just reliable advice with absolutely no obligation to sign a deal with us
3. Reliable, honest, unbiased advice about energy prices based on external publicly available expert reports. (We will not say anything just to make a quick sale. If reports indicate that it’s not the right time for the client to lock in a new contract then we let them know.)

How can we uphold these standards?

1. Our consultants sign up to our code of practice
2. Our goal is to build long term value by avoiding short term gains.
3. Our KPIs measure customer satisfaction and whether they would recommend us
4. We recruit, train and retain the right personalities for the job.
5. We make this part of our core values and principles
