Ella Leach

Ella Leach is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in clinical management and education. Currently serving as the Clinical Education Manager at Lightwave Dental since November 2019, Ella leads the development of clinical protocols for over 80 dental practices and manages the clinical recruiting process. Prior to this role, Ella was the Program Director and Medical Assistant Instructor at YTI Career Institute, where responsibilities included organizing practical instruction and lecturing on medical assistant techniques. Ella also served as a Medical Assistant and Office Manager at William Carter's Medical Practice and as a Medical Assistant at Oyster Point Family Health Center, providing comprehensive patient care support. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Walden University and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Capella University, complemented by a Medical Assistant Certification from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center.
