Justin Jory

Justin Jory has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin founded and served as the CEO of Lightwave Dental Management, a management services partner for dental offices. Justin also worked as a partner at Horizon View Capital, where they focused on acquiring and scaling businesses. As a Principal at Mercato Partners, a growth equity firm, they were responsible for deal sourcing and execution. Justin also gained experience in mergers and acquisitions as a member of the M&A team at Leucadia National Corporation. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Scalar Analytics, a leading valuation firm. Justin began their career as an Associate at Banc of America Securities and later worked as a Summer Associate at Pelion Venture Partners. Justin also had experience as a Law Clerk at Hutchings Baird & Jones PLC. Justin started their professional journey as a volunteer missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Justin is highly experienced in various aspects of business management, investing, and leadership.

Justin Jory completed their BA degree in Philosophy with minors in Business and Portuguese at Brigham Young University from 2000 to 2003. Justin then pursued a JD/MBA degree in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Business Law from Brigham Young University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007.
