Sandi Synstad, RDH, has extensive experience in dental hygiene and leadership, currently serving as the Senior Director of Hygiene Development at Lightwave Dental since June 2018. Sandi has also held positions as Director of Clinical Support and Hygiene and Culture Coach within the same organization. Prior to this role, Sandi was the Dental Hygiene Department Head at Smiles For Centreville from January 2012 to November 2018, and worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist with Smiles for Centreville / Drs. Hutchison, Gorman, Mooney and Grossman from April 1987 to September 2018. Sandi earned an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Western Community College between 1984 and 1986.
