Baker Shogry

Baker Shogry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations. Currently, Baker serves as Co-Founder at Light since August 2023. Previously, Baker held significant roles at Plaid from January 2015 to January 2024, including Advisor, Head of Product—where responsibilities included building the product function from inception to approximately 30 product managers and overseeing the launch of Plaid's European business—and Head of Operations, contributing to various organizational aspects as the company scaled from 10-15 to about 1,000 employees. Earlier experiences include serving as an Associate at Silver Lake from January 2012 to January 2014, focusing on notable investments, and working as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2010 to January 2012. Baker holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Davidson College.
