Joerg Baier is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in technology leadership. Currently serving as a full-time employee at EngineeringLight since August 2025, Baier previously held multiple roles at AnthemIQ from August 2020 to July 2025, including Founding Software Engineer and Chief Technology Officer, as well as Founding Software Engineer and Director of Software Engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Rabbet from January 2018 to August 2020 and Software Engineer at YouEarnedIt from June 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, Baier completed a Software Engineer Internship at IBM in late 2014. Academically, Baier holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2016 and 2014, respectively.
