Jakub Karkocha

Jakub Karkocha has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they focused on implementing additive technologies for the production of Blackhawk helicopters. Jakub also conducted testing on the quality of surfaces obtained through different additive manufacturing methods.

In 2016, Jakub joined 3YOURMIND as a 3D Printing Specialist and Technology Expert. In this role, they developed prototypes and exhibition models using different production methods and also created automatic algorithms for pricing production in additive manufacturing technologies. Jakub provided training to employees on additive technologies.

In 2018, Jakub became a Product Manager at 3YOURMIND, leading a team of nine programmers and data analysts. Jakub'sresponsibilities included managing B2B software development for automation of valuation processes and analyzing 3D models. Jakub reported on the team's progress to the company's management board and external investors, overseeing R&D projects.

From November 2019 to August 2020, Jakub served as a Technical Consultant Manager at 3YOURMIND. Jakub engaged in direct consulting with industry customers globally, analyzing and improving processes, and implementing ERP, MES, and PLM software solutions. Jakub also focused on developing strong communication between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

In 2020, Jakub took on the role of CEO at LightApply. Additionally, in September 2020, they joined Netguru as a Project Manager, where they managed projects for the company.

Jakub Karkocha obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Jakub attended the university from 2012 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Jakub has obtained several certifications, including "Dostępny Design" from Concordia Design in August 2021, "Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)" from Scrum.org in October 2019, and "SOLIDWORKS Simulation - Podstawy" from DPS Software in January 2016.
