Asaf Matan

Asaf Matan has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Asaf began their career at tdSoft in 1999, where they worked as a Software Engineer and was involved in two major projects related to TDM-based V5 Access products and ATM voice gateways. Asaf stayed with tdSoft until 2002.

In 2002, Asaf joined Wintegra as a Senior Software Engineer and eventually transitioned into the role of Team Leader. Asaf was responsible for communication applications development and engaged with several Tier 1/2 customers during the system design and definition phases. Asaf's tenure at Wintegra lasted until 2010.

From 2008 to 2016, Asaf worked at PMC-Sierra, initially as an Engineering Manager and later as a Senior Engineering Manager. During their time at PMC-Sierra, they demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing engineering teams.

Most recently, Asaf joined Lightbits Labs in 2016 as an Applications Engineer. Asaf eventually progressed to the position of Solutions Engineering Manager in February 2020, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Asaf Matan pursued their higher education at Bar-Ilan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from 1996 to 1999. Asaf further continued their studies at the same institution and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Computer Science from 2002 to 2004.
