Dror Vangosh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dror started their career in 1999 at Comverse as a Tier4 Specialist, where they worked until 2004. Dror then joined Mobile Tornado as a Customer Services Engineer for a year before moving on to Verint. At Verint, they served as a Tier3 Analyst from 2006 to 2010 and later took on the role of Integration Leader until 2013.

In 2014, Dror joined NCR Retail as an SME and then transitioned to the role of DevOps Engineer. Dror worked at NCR Retail until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an IT&DevOps Manager at FORESIGHT - Energy Scales.

In 2018, Dror joined Lightbits Labs as a Linux & Networking Engineer. Dror then progressed to the role of Senior Solutions and Linux Admin Engineer in 2020 and further to Senior Customer Success Engineer in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at Lightbits Labs.

Throughout their career, Dror has gained expertise in Linux, networking, DevOps, and customer success management. Dror has proven their capabilities in various technical and managerial roles, contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Dror Vangosh obtained a Bsc in Technology Management from the Holon Institute of Technology. Dror attended this institution from 1997 to 2001. After that, Dror pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University of Israel. Dror attended this university from 2002 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as AWS Cloud Quest: Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2023, and PowerShell Administrator from Verint in 2012.
