Eli Novershtern

Eli Novershtern is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within both nonprofit and venture capital sectors. At the World Jewish Congress since 2009, Eli serves on the Steering Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Executive and Governing Boards. As President of the WJC Jewish Diplomatic Corps since 2016, Eli also chairs the Steering Committee. Eli's venture advisory expertise is showcased at NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Inc. and as Founder and Managing Partner of Morrag Investments, alongside investment roles at several companies including trigo, Yotpo, Deci.ai, and Localize.city. Eli has also held the position of Senior Advisor at Claltech and Board Member at Lightbits Labs. Educational qualifications include an MPA from Harvard University, an MSc from The London School of Economics, and a BA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where Eli participated in the "Amirim" Honors Program.
