Manus Clancy is a seasoned professional in the data strategy and commercial real estate sectors, currently serving as the Head of Data Strategy at LightBox since January 2024. In this role, Manus is focused on leveraging proprietary data and leading a team of experienced data scientists to enhance cutting-edge tools for the industry. Previously, Manus held the position of Senior Managing Director at Trepp, LLC from August 1985 to January 2024, where significant contributions included the development and launch of numerous innovations, as well as the creation of TreppWire, a source of daily commentary on various financial markets. Additionally, Manus served as an Adjunct Professor at Clemson University in early 2023, teaching Principles of Real Estate to undergraduate students. Manus completed education at Dartmouth College from 1981 to 1985.
