Mercy Bickell is a Software Engineer with experience in both full-stack web development and mobile app optimization. Currently employed at LightBox since January 2025 following the acquisition of Revere CRE, Mercy previously contributed to Revere CRE's software engineering initiatives from January 2023 to January 2025. Prior to that, experience at Meta included optimizing the Messenger for Android app and migrating the Facebook Android SDK, alongside significant contributions to the codebase for various platforms. Additional professional experiences include roles at Pomona College as a Computer Science Liaison, Teaching Assistant, and a research assistant, along with internships at Facebook that focused on iOS app development. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Pomona College and was the Valedictorian at Maclay School.
