Tina Lichens

Tina Lichens is a seasoned executive in the capital markets sector with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as General Manager of Capital Markets at LightBox since May 2019, Tina leads business operations and strategic initiatives while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to this, Tina was the Chief Operating Officer at Real Capital Markets from July 2001 until its acquisition by LightBox, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and finance. Earlier career roles included Operations Director at Distinctive Publishing and Senior Research Manager at CoStar Group/COMPS. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Finance Certificate from UC San Diego.
