Bill Warner

Bill Warner is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive leadership experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chairman and Lead Investor at Lightcraft Technology since March 2019, Warner has also founded Co-Flow Investing, LLC, focusing on early-stage entrepreneurial investments. As an investor and mentor at TechStars Boston and an advisor for the Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program, Warner actively supports startup growth and engineering leadership development. With a deep commitment to innovation, Warner co-founded Move With Freedom, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to advancing mobility solutions. Additionally, Warner leads Warner Research, LLC, a general-purpose company for engineering projects and investments, and has held roles in various prestigious advisory boards, including Berklee College of Music’s Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship. Warner holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
