Stephen Gardner is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Lightdash since June 2025, Stephen previously held multiple senior engineering positions at Netflix, focusing on technology lifecycle innovation, privacy infrastructure, and enterprise software engineering from January 2022 to June 2025. Prior to Netflix, Stephen worked at Zapier as a Senior Engineer, contributing to full-stack and frontend development from June 2018 to January 2022.
