Nick Carlucci has held a variety of roles in the engineering and cycling industries. In 2021, they began working as a Proccess Development Engineer at LightDeck Diagnostics. Nick had previously been an Engineering Intern at the same company. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Coach at Boulder Junior Cycling, where they instructed athletes on mountain biking techniques and led rides and training drills. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Design Engineering Intern at Stages Cycling, where they designed and built a testing fixture for one of the Stages cranks. Additionally, they helped other engineers with their projects. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Bike Builder at University Bikes.
Nick Carlucci obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2018, having studied there from 2013 to 2018. Nick then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2021.
