Ashley Winn

Ashley Winn has a diverse work experience in the hardware engineering field. Ashley is currently working as a Principal Hardware Engineer at Lightelligence, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cisco for 7 years, starting in July 2016. During their time at Cisco, they were a Hardware Engineer and gained experience in ASIC/FPGA Design Verification with UVM. Ashley also worked on Core switching ASICs and FPGAs for industrial switches, where they created a UVM packet package and a library of packet types. Before joining Cisco, Ashley worked as a Senior Engineer at Sondrel Ltd from October 2014 to July 2016. Ashley also had experience as an Engineer at Cognitive Electronics from September 2013 to May 2014, where they built a block-level test bench for a PCIe bridge using the UVM 1.1 framework. Ashley's earlier work experience includes roles as a Consulting Hardware Engineer at Axis Semiconductor from August 2011 to July 2013, a Hardware Engineer at Analog Devices from October 2007 to August 2011, and a Technical Staff at Draper Laboratory from March 2005 to October 2007. Ashley started their career as a Hardware Engineer at Axiowave Networks, where they worked from 2000 to 2004.

Ashley Winn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Ashley attended the university from 1996 to 2001.
