Jess Clayton

Jess Clayton currently serves as Chief Content Officer at LightEn since June 2022, having previously held roles as Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO within the same organization. Prior experience includes working at Islington Mind as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (candidate) and a Group Facilitator & Project Lead for Virtual Support Services, where Jess developed initiatives to address mental health issues during the Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO at Thomson Reuters Foundation and Board Relations Manager & Executive Assistant to the President at International Crisis Group. Educational qualifications comprise a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Studies from the University of Oxford, studies at The Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Troy University, and current studies in Five-Element Classical Acupuncture at Yellow Path.
