Holly Hulse

Holly Hulse is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as President and COO of Lightera since April 2025, Hulse previously held the position of President/CEO at OFS from July 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Hulse was the President of the Thermal Products Division at Morgan Advanced Materials and also served as Vice President and Managing Director of Thermal Ceramics North America. Hulse's earlier career includes significant roles at Bekaert Corporation, Corning Frequency Control, and Corning Incorporated, where responsibilities spanned P&L leadership, business integration, and market development in North America and Asia. Hulse holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
