Ray Namiotka

Ray Namiotka is a manufacturing and technology operations leader currently serving as the Director of Global Manufacturing Execution Systems at Lightera, where they lead an enterprise-wide MES initiative. Previously, Ray held managerial and director-level positions at notable companies such as Lincoln Electric, Hexcel Corporation, and Diebold, Inc., overseeing global manufacturing technology and engineering teams. Ray has a strong background in embedded software and has been instrumental in integrating IT and OT systems to enhance operational efficiencies across multiple manufacturing sites. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova University, Ray brings extensive technical and managerial expertise to the field.
