Nancy Gay

A principled leader with a global and diverse background that includes strategy development as well as operations management, Nancy Gay has over 40 years combined experience in Business Operations and Information Technology leadership roles in the healthcare and software development industries. Most recently she held CIO and President/COO roles at MPI Research (a Contract Research Organization supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies) and Inform Diagnostics (an anatomic pathology laboratory) where she spearheaded company-wide infrastructure, process and technology transformation. Prior to MPI she spent 25 years at Microsoft where she retired after 25 years as a partner-level General Manager.

Nancy started her career in direct healthcare as a licensed speech-language pathologist before pursuing her business studies in hopes of one day owning a multi-disciplinary therapy clinic. Finding she had a strong passion for business she left direct healthcare and subsequently worked for Pennsylvania Blue Shield, KPMG Healthcare Consulting and Virginia Mason Clinic.

She has a BA in Speech Pathology & Audiology from the University of Michigan, an MS in Communication Disorders from Utah State University, and she completed her MBA at Pacific Lutheran University.
