Graeme's experience ranges from business development and sales to new product development and research and development. Graeme's background includes roles such as Head of Technical and Product Strategy, Business Development Manager, Head of Research and Development, Estimator/Technical Support, and Technical Sales Engineer. Prior to their career in the lighting industry, Graeme worked as a freelance production assistant and as a dispatch/returns assistant at White Light Ltd. Graeme attended Hundred of Hoo Comprehensive School from 1998 to 2004.
