David O. Smith

David O. Smith began their career in 2003 as an Optical Engineer for Technica Corporation. In 2004, they moved to Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate. In 2008, they became a Project Leader for SAIC. Finally, in 2010, they joined LightGrid, LLC as President and Principal, providing support on advanced MPLS and IP routing technologies on the Department of Defense Information Network (DoD) IP core.

David O. Smith completed their education with a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems in Business from The Johns Hopkins University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology from The George Washington University in 2004. David O. also earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Shepherd University in 2002. Finally, they graduated from Walt Whitman High School.
