George Gawrys

George Gawrys has over four decades of work experience. George started their career in 1976 at AT&T, where they held the role of Director. In 2006, they moved to Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they were the Deputy Program Manager. In 2007, they joined Huawei Technologies (USA) as Vice President Optical Sales Engineering. In 2008, they became a Consultant at SAIC. Lastly, in 2012, they joined LightGrid, LLC as VP Network Technology Planning.

George Gawrys attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1971 to 1976, where they obtained a Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1967 to 1971 and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
