Ray Flowers

Ray Flowers has worked at seven companies in their career. Ray began at TS Tech Americas, Inc. in 1997 as an Assistant Chief Engineer. In 2000, they moved to IAC Group and took on the role of Sr. Engineer. In 2011, they returned to IAC Group and became a Program Manager. In 2012, they joined Tenneco as a Key Account Manager. In 2017, they began working at DRS Industries as a Sales Director. In 2018, they moved to Dana Incorporated as a Senior Program Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined LightGuide as a Sr. Director OEM Sales.

Ray Flowers obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business between 2003 and 2005. Ray also earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering between 1991 and 1995.
