Shannon Pate

Shannon Pate has over a decade of experience in various roles related to project management, inventory management, and procurement. Shannon most recently (since 2022) worked as a Project Manager at LightGuide, Inc. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Admiral Tool & Manufacturing Company, managing the delivery and success of internal and external projects. From 2016 to 2017, Shannon worked as a Warehouse Supervisor at Roush Enterprises Inc, optimizing material flow and developing databases to track incoming materials. Before that, they were a Management and Program Analyst at Ford Performance Vehicles, processing engineering change control documents and developing automotive program timing plans and business cases. Shannon also served as a Project Coordinator at Roush Entertainment Systems, managing manufacturing data and overseeing production status. Finally, they were a Materials Planner at Roush Performance Products, Inc. and a Buyer at Roush Industries, purchasing inventory to support production and retail needs while monitoring forecast for variances with sales and production.

Shannon Pate attended Lawrence Technological University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
