Jonatan Mato

Jonatan Mato is a UX Manager and an aspiring psychologist with over ten years of experience in connecting user needs with business goals through a deep understanding of human behavior. Jonatan started their career as a UX designer at Forsman & Bodenfors, contributing to award-winning projects, and has since evolved into design leadership roles at various organizations, including Kiwi.com and HP. Currently, Jonatan serves as a UX Design Manager at Lighthouse, focusing on design leadership and team optimization. Alongside their professional work, Jonatan is committed to coaching and mentoring others to help them achieve their goals. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
