Mary Hamill

Mary Hamill currently serves as the VP Global Programs and Account Management at Lighthouse, where expertise in global program management is utilized since May 2025. Prior to this role, Mary was the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Black Box Intelligence™ from January 2022 to April 2025, playing a key role in transforming the hospitality industry through innovative restaurant performance platforms. Mary's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success and Vice President of Pre-Sales Engineering and Solution Consulting at Fourth from January 2013 to February 2022, and co-founding the HotSchedules Women's Initiatives & Networking Group. Earlier positions at Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants, Inc. included Senior Director of Information Technology and Vice President of Human Resources, while previous experience at Max & Erma's Restaurants, Inc. involved leading the HR and IT departments. Mary holds a degree from The Ohio State University.
