Michael Kimble

Michael Kimble has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Microsoft in 2013 where they gained skills in incident management, report building, and process optimization. Michael then moved on to Triometric in 2017 as a Technical Services Engineer, where they were responsible for system and database administration, customer support, and implementing incident tracking and review processes. In 2022, Triometric was acquired by Lighthouse, and Michael transitioned into a Senior DevOps Engineer role focused on modernizing Triometric's architecture and improving scalability and robustness. Michael also took on the responsibility of performing technical interviews and shaping the mentoring and onboarding process for new team members. Currently, Michael is serving as a DevOps Lead at Lighthouse.

Michael Kimble completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology in Organisations at the University of Southampton from 2014 to 2017.
