Peter de Moor

Peter De Moor has a wide range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Peter is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Lighthouse, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of People & Talent at Lighthouse from January 2019 to January 2023. Peter also held the position of Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Lighthouse from June 2017 to January 2023.

Before joining Lighthouse, Peter worked as the HR Manager at LoQutus from October 2012 to June 2017. Peter also worked as a Senior Consultant & Team Manager at The Future Alliance, a direct- and executive search office, from September 2010 to September 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Consultant - ICT Solutions at Select Human Resources from May 2009 to August 2010. Peter started their career as a Consultant at Ulysses Consulting from June 2006 to May 2009, and then as a Consultant at Manpower Professional from October 2005 to June 2006.

Peter's early experience includes an internship as a Researcher at De Witte & Morel, where they focused on selecting and recruiting engineering profiles, and a role as a Consultant at ACOIN. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, business development, and project management.

Peter De Moor attended Ghent University from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Master's degree in Sociology. Later, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued further studies at Ghent University and obtained a Master's degree in Development Cooperation.
