Sean Fitzpatrick

Sean Fitzpatrick is an experienced executive in product management and operations, currently serving as CEO of Lighthouse since July 2018. Prior to this role, Fitzpatrick held several key positions at HotSchedules, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product, as well as Senior Vice President of Product & Operations from September 2013 to July 2018. Earlier in the career, Fitzpatrick worked at Oracle from August 2004 to September 2013, where roles included Global Vice President of Strategy & Product Management and Global Vice President of Operations & Product Management. Fitzpatrick began professional tenure at BearingPoint as a Solutions Architect and also served as Practice Director and Solutions Architect at Broadvision.
