Adam Goodfellow has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Adam is currently the Director of Engineering & Manufacturing at Lighthouse, where they lead the production and engineering teams to improve processes and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Prior to this, they held various roles at ilke Homes, including Head of PMO, Advanced Engineering & Facilities, and Head of Manufacturing Engineering.
Before joining ilke Homes, Adam worked at Jaguar Land Rover for over a decade, holding positions such as Manufacturing New Product Launch Senior Manager and BIW Senior Manufacturing Manager. Their responsibilities included leading new model launches, improving product quality, and implementing variability reduction projects.
Adam's career began at Marshall Land Systems, where they worked as an Undergraduate Production Engineer. Adam developed lean training courses, designed assembly aids, and optimized factory flow during their time there.

Adam Goodfellow completed their education at Coventry University from 1998 to 2002, earning a degree in Manufacturing Engineering BEng (Hons) with a focus on Manufacturing Management.
