Lighthouse Academy builds a strengths-led Talent Development System designed to help schools turn high potential into measurable performance.

At the core is our Talent Development Wheel — a practical framework that translates learner insight into clear decisions and repeatable delivery. The Wheel provides a common language for:
strengths profiling → pathway selection → coaching cycles → evidence capture → outcomes reporting
so leaders and educators can plan provision, monitor progress across cohorts, and demonstrate impact over time.

Our approach is built for implementation:
• Structured profiling and baseline evidence
• Pathway mapping aligned to strengths and performance goals
• Coaching cycles with review points and artefacts
• Reporting that supports school decisions and parent communication
• Online-first, partnership-ready delivery (Qatar-based, globally accessible)

We work with:
• Schools and school groups building gifted/high-challenge pathways
• Partners in assessment, enrichment, curriculum, and impact measurement
• Supporters aligned with scalable education impact

Selected as an Impact Startup at Web Summit Qatar 2026 (Doha, 1–4 Feb).
