Sameer Shaikh

Sameer Shaikh is an experienced professional in program management and social work, currently serving as the Head of Kaushalyam, a livelihood maximization program, and Cluster Head for various regions at Lighthouse Communities Foundation since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sameer held multiple positions at Pune City Connect, including Center Head for Lighthouse Pune, focusing on center management and sustainable livelihood initiatives. Sameer also brings experience from Tata Institute of Social Sciences as a Project Coordinator, Vikalp Trust, and Jan Ugahi Trust, contributing to various social projects, as well as a background with CHILDLINE India Foundation. Sameer is pursuing an MBA at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and holds a Diploma in Buddhist Psychology and Ethics from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a BA in Political Science from Goa University.
