We are Raquel and Luis, a Portuguese couple that after many years working in the legal banking and construction industries, decided to make a change in life just after having our third daughter, (as if that wasn’t a huge change already!). Blame it on the hormones or the lack of sleep, the fact is, I (Raquel) did quit my very safe job and as fate would have it, as we were having some American friends over, they asked us for some advice on real estate and then mentioned the overwhelming need of expert and local help that many expats have to feel fully integrated in Portugal.

That’s when we started thinking that actually, 20 plus years of experience in the legal and construction business (plus living our whole lives here) could be beneficial to help expats feel at home in Portugal and that we could be kind of a guiding light to ensure a very easy, fulfilling and stress-free life here (like a lighthouse 🙂 wink wink!)!
