Lighthouse Data Analytics helps growing companies turn data into measurable outcomes; reducing operational costs, speeding up decision cycles, expanding capabilities and improving business performance.
Effective data analysis can elevate decision making and materially impact the prospects of a company. Naturally, big businesses have sophisticated teams and assets to achieve this. However, I think small / growing businesses without those resources should be able to derive powerful benefits from their data too.

Therefore, I established Lighthouse Data Analytics to provide discrete services that take emerging businesses forward whilst also increasing capabilities systematically for sustained gains.

I can
- help you uncover and realise opportunities to increase revenue, increase retention, reduce churn and customer satisfaction via improved understanding of your users behaviour
- increase productivity by automating reports and other processes
- advise you on how best to leverage your data assets (including review of practices, tooling, skills) to run or grow your business more fruitfully
- provide and execute a bespoke analytics plan to solve a specific issue for you

I am an experienced analytics professional with recent experience in product analytics (AB testing configuration, analysis and insight communication; leading improvement initiatives; forming analytics roadmap; evaluating google bot crawl activity for SEO optimisation via establishing SQL data pipeline / Tableau dashboarding etc). I also have experience in business intelligence (Power BI dashboarding, ETL specifications and crafting functional requirement specification documents for a data warehouse project etc).

Feel free to book a call if you want to explore how we can leverage your data to reduce your costs, increase revenue or elevate your capabilities to power your growth journey:
