Lighthouse Education Consortium equips colleges and universities with scalable infrastructure and strategic oversight to expand online programs responsibly. We offer a sustainable alternative to traditional revenue-share models, without the significant fixed costs of building online operations internally.

Lighthouse operates under the Harvey W. Peters Research Foundation, a nonprofit foundation committed to strengthening mission-driven institutions through strategic collaboration and sustainable growth.

Our partnership model is built for the realities of higher education today: institutions retain complete academic governance and institutional authority, while we provide the infrastructure and support behind the scenes.

Our services:
● Shared Course Delivery & Academic Network
Access high-quality, career-aligned courses without development burden.
● LMS Hosting & Integration
Reliable learning management system infrastructure and support.
● Student Success & Retention Consulting
Improve student outcomes and persistence rates.
● Institutional Analytics & Reporting
Clear visibility into program and enrollment performance.
● Program & Course Profitability Analysis
Understand the economics of your academic offerings.
● Executive Coaching & Strategic Advisory
Trusted online education advisors providing leadership coaching, strategic guidance, and operational expertise.

Each service is scoped around the same principle: the institution retains its decision-making authority, and we provide the infrastructure to support it.
