Matt Baxter is an experienced professional in art outsourcing and business development, currently serving as Art Outsource Manager at Lighthouse Games since June 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Business Development Director (EMEA) at Original Force, Ltd. from March 2024 to June 2024 and was Lead Outsource Manager (Creative) at Unity from March 2023 to March 2024. Matt's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Rebellion from February 2011 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing all outsourced art content production as Head of Outsourcing and overseeing external art production budgets as Art Outsource Manager. Earlier career highlights include serving as Art Outsourcing Lead for the Pirates of the Caribbean project at Propaganda Games (Disney Interactive Studios) from December 2007 to September 2010, focusing on delivery within budget and quality standards.
