Tom Perry

Tom Perry has a diverse range of work experience. Tom is currently the Head of Engineering at Lighthouse Games, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Playground Games from 2011 to 2022, holding various roles including Chief Engineer, Lead Engineer, and Senior Engineer. In these positions, they were involved in AI engineering for Forza Horizon 2, managed online engineering efforts for expansions, and led the engineering team for a standalone game. Before joining Playground Games, Tom worked at Oxford University Student Union as the Vice-President for Welfare & Equal Opportunities, where they represented the student body and managed various responsibilities. Tom also had a programming internship at Rebellion in 2008.

Tom Perry attended Mosslands High School from 1999 to 2006. Tom then pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Oxford, where they earned an MCOMP from 2006 to 2010.
