M Walsh is an experienced music educator and performer with a diverse background in teaching and musical direction. Currently serving as a Music Teacher at the NYC Department of Education since July 2016, M Walsh also holds roles as a Music Director at TADA! Youth Theater and a Music Teacher at Lighthouse International. Additionally, M Walsh provides private music instruction in various instruments and songwriting from a home studio in Brooklyn, NY, and has been active as an Organist/Pianist at Holy Spirit Church since January 2008. M Walsh's composition work includes the full-length musical "The Coincidentals" and the piece "Jealous Husband Returns in Form of Parrot." M Walsh holds an M.A. in Music Education from City University of New York-Hunter College and a B.A. in Musical Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.
