Jon Harol

Jon Harol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the clinical laboratory and business sectors. Currently serving as a Project Santa Fe - Lab Business Model and Special Projects Committee Member at Clinical Lab 2.0 since August 2024, Jon has focused on transforming the clinical lab landscape. As the President of Lighthouse Lab Services since September 2003, Jon has worked to enhance the availability of quality lab testing. Additionally, Jon founded Laboratory Nexus in June 2017, facilitating connections between buyers and sellers of CLIA accredited labs. Involved as a Partner at MALBEC PROPERTIES, LLC since March 2017, and previously a Board Member at SuNica until November 2023, Jon has contributed to social initiatives in Nicaragua. A former founder of The Coworking Station (sold in 2023), Jon also served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 2000 to 2006 and held a position as a Senior RF Optimization Specialist at Sprint PCS. Jon's education includes a degree from Harvard Business School in Scaling Ventures and certifications in Human Resource Management and Senior Professional Human Resources.
